Diana Hogbin-Mills founded TalentMax to bring together the best in talent management consulting.  She believes strongly that any solutions proposed should be aligned to an organisation’s goals and deliver measurable value to the business.  She seeks out partners from around the globe, who are thought leaders in their field to bring her clients the best solutions.

Diana specialises in the disciplines of talent management, career development and people-based change with a particular interest in engagement and retention.  Her work is underpinned by her core capabilities of consultant, facilitator, trainer and coach, honed in business over the last 15 years.  Diana works around the globe and her clients include a variety of private and public sectors organisations. 

Diana holds a BSc in Mathematical Sciences with a major in Statistics, she also holds a second bachelors degree in Psychology.  Her training qualifications include a coaching certification and a NLP Practitioner certification.  She is also a user of the Enneagram.

Professional Affiliations - Diana is a Founding Council member and Head of Research for the Association for Coaching, an independent non-profit organisation. She is also a member of the Enneagram Association, and an affiliate member of the Chartered Institute for Personal Development (CIPD).


Dilys Greenwood is the lead Consultant at TalentMax.  She is a highly experienced change consultant, offering strategic insight into the challenges of moving individuals, teams and organizations forward and offers practical solutions to achieving successful transformation.  Dilys has built her success through a 'hands on' approach to consultancy.  She works closely with her clients to develop tailored solutions that are right for them and their circumstances.

She has a particularly strong track record in the fields of people-based change, career development, talent acquisition and talent engagement.  She offers clients a unique experience through the employment of a diverse range of interventions including the psychological models of TA, Gestalt and the Enneagram. Her expertise is packaged through her core capabilities in facilitation, training, coaching, mentoring, outplacement and career counselling.  Dilys has worked around the globe for a variety of public and private sector clients. 

Dilys holds a Bachelors degree in Psychology and is currently completing her MSc in Change Agent Skills and Strategies.  She is an NLP practitioner and is trained in a variety of assessment tools and psychological models.


Graham Bird is a lead associate at TalentMax.  He is passionate about exploiting the potential of human beings.  He focuses on supporting individuals and teams achieve their goals, especially the ones they've come to believe are impossible to reach.  To Graham, achieving those things that we truly want in life is mostly a matter of self belief, determination and action.

Graham excels in the disciplines of Training, Executive Coaching and Motivational Speaking.  He has designed and delivered many bespoke training programmes that have been highly praised by his clients. Graham is also in high demand, typically by senior managers for his coaching skills. His clients enjoy his 'listening' coaching style, which challenges clients to think deeply, reassess and ultimately develop success strategies.

Graham regularly speaks on a variety of subjects, from motivating oneself and others for peak performance, how to set and achieve goals, to improving business performance and bottom line profits
He has worked for a broad range of International, European and UK based client organisations in a variety of organisations from private and public sectors.

Graham is a Certified Practitioner and Master Practitioner in Neuro Linguistic Programming. He has a Diploma in Business Coaching and a certificate in Executive Coaching and Life Coaching. He is also a Certified Performance Coach. Graham has been certified in Psychology for Trainers and Advanced Psychology for Trainers. He is currently pursuing diploma qualifications in Professional Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy.

Professional Affiliations - Graham is a Full Member Association of NLP and a Fellow of the Institute of Sales and Marketing Management.
